WHY SHOULD I SHOP AT EMBRACE JEWELLERY?

Our pieces are unique and stylish and aimed at the confident, well-travelled woman who knows a good thing when she sees it. We curate from some of the BEST designers worldwide and pride ourselves in featuring quality pieces at great prices. Plus a lot of our pieces are exclusive to us in Singapore or Asia, meaning you’re less likely to see someone else with the same thing!

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and payments via PayPal. 

You do not require an account to complete your payment process at PayPal. You may opt to manually key in your credit or debit card details (found right below the login box after you're redirected to the PayPal) and they will charge your card independently. 

WHERE DO I ENTER THE PROMO CODE?

After clicking "check out" on the "Cart" Page, you'll be redirected to the "Customer Information" Page, where you can enter the promo code in discount bar on the right. If you're shopping on your mobile, the discount bar in under the "Show Order Summary" tab.

HOW CAN I BE ASSURED OF THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

We love a satisfied customer and that’s kept us in the business for over 13 years. We take pride in knowing that we only retail quality pieces at pocket friendly prices. WILL YOUR JEWELLERY TARNISH OR RUST?

Unfortunately, any sort of plating will eventually tarnish without proper care. Therefore we strongly advise to follow our care instructions to keep your jewellery as beautiful as they were when you first got them. See care instructions here

Some of our jewellery are Rhodium plated which make our sterling silver jewellery scratch resistant and less prone to tarnish. For these pieces, we recommend not wiping it with a silver or polishing cloth as it may remove this coating and cause the item to tarnish.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU GET NEW DESIGNS?

We like to keep things interesting by featuring NEW designs every 3-4 weeks. Both in our stores and here online. That also means we carry limited pieces of most designs so grab them when you can!

WILL MY PURCHASE COME GIFT WRAPPED?

Yes! All our items come in a gift box. Depending on the collection, the gift box could differ. But all Embrace Jewellery items will be packaged in a pouch and a gift box, making them the perfect gifts for all occasions!

WILL I NEED TO PAY GST FOR MY PURCHASE?

Nope! No tax on all purchases. What you save on tax, you can spend on more great pieces!
