SINGAPORE ORDERS

If we made mistake with your order or items received are damaged:

Sincere apologies that this has happened.

Please notify us at ask@embracejewellery.com within 2 days of receiving your order. In the event that the item/s you order is no longer available, you may select another item of the same value or we will offer you a refund through store credits.

Ship the item/s back to us at Kai Life Holland V. We recommend shipping it back to us by registered mail so it's trackable by both parties. We will not be responsible for lost mail or be accountable for returns without tracking code provided. Shipping will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the item, we will ship the replacement to you.

Alternatively, you may return the items at Kai Life HV for a replacement or select another item of your choice from our varied collection of great looking accessories. 

If you received your items and you don't quite like it:

You've tried them on and they don't look as good on you as expected, or your simply changed your mind. We will accept your item for exchange* within 14 days of your order. No exchanges or refunds for sale items. We will only accept an exchange at our Kai Life boutique in Holland V.

Please notify us at ask@embracejewellery.com and let us know when you'd like to drop by for to do the exchange. Simply bring the item and e-receipt, and you may exchange the item/s for a different colour or another item of your choice for the same value or more.

Please make sure the exchange item is in its original condition and not damaged.

Exchanged items cannot be re-exchanged. We will only accept one exchange per order. Not valid for refunds in cash or store credits. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We'll not be accepting international exchanges during this period.

If you’re overseas, exchange* is possible within 14 days of your receipt of the item. Please notify us by email once you have decided on the exchange, send the item back to us and once we have received it in good condition, we will email you a credit for the same value for use in our online store. Apologies but we will not bear the shipping costs of both the returned item and the exchange.
